Your first purchase of each TRIADA LIFE product is covered. You get a full 90 days from the delivery date to decide whether that product has earned its place in your routine. If it hasn't, we refund you.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@triadalifestyle.com with your order number. A real person handles it — no forms, no hoops. Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
Do I have to send the product back?
No. We never ask you to ship supplements back.
Does it cover subscriptions?
It covers the first delivery of a subscription, as your first purchase of that product. Later deliveries are not covered — so skip or cancel before your next billing date if you do not want one. We email you 3 days before every renewal.
Do I have to give a reason?
No. We may ask what didn't work, only so we can improve. Your answer never affects your refund.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. After that, carrier delivery time varies by service and destination — your tracking link shows the carrier's own current estimate. That estimate is the best information available, but it is not a guarantee.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not ship internationally.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does Subscribe & Save take off?
It depends on the plan. The Monthly subscription takes 10% off every delivery. The 3 Month subscription (on our 3-bottle packs) takes 20% off every delivery. Separately, adding 2 or more bottles to one order qualifies for our stack discount of 10% off those bottles — it applies on top of subscription pricing, and the exact price is always shown before you pay.

Are there allergens?
Full ingredient lists are on every product page. Note that the Biotin Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies contain fish (piscine collagen), and our products are manufactured in a facility that may also process milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
