Where is my order?
Paste the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email into the box below. That is the long code from the carrier — not your TRIADA order number, which starts with a #.
No shipping email yet? Then it has not left us yet. Orders are picked and packed within 3–5 business days, and your tracking number arrives the moment the carrier scans the parcel.

Carriers can take up to 24 hours to show a first scan after they hand you the number. A quiet tracking page in the first day is normal, not a lost parcel.

We pick and pack
Within 3–5 business days of your order. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
The carrier scans it
That scan is what creates your tracking number. It arrives by email the moment it exists — we cannot send it earlier.
It moves to you
We ship within the United States only. Once it is with the carrier, the box above is the same live status we see.

I have my order number but the box says nothing found.
Your order number and your tracking number are different things. The order number is on your receipt and starts with a #. The tracking number is in the separate shipping confirmation email, and it is what this page needs.
I never got a shipping email.
Check spam and promotions first, then check the address on your order — a typo there is the usual cause. If it is right and it has been more than two business days, email us and we will look it up.
This is a subscription order.
Renewals ship on the same schedule as a first order. You get a reminder email three days before every charge, and the shipping email follows once it is packed. You can skip, pause or cancel any time in your account.
Tracking has not moved in days.
Carrier scans can gap, especially over a weekend. If there has been no movement for four business days, email us with your order number and we will chase it — you do not have to.
A real person reads it. Include your order number and we can usually answer in one reply.
