How it works: if you're not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of delivery, email support@triadalifestyle.com with your order number. A real person will process your refund to the original payment method — no forms, no hoops, and no return shipping.

The details:

• The guarantee covers your first purchase of each product, including the first delivery of a subscription, so trying a new product starts a fresh 90 days. It does not extend to repeat purchases of a product you have already tried, including later subscription deliveries.
• Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not reverse an order already placed.
• We may ask what didn't work — only so we can improve. Your answer never affects your refund.
